For domestic orders over $300.00, ground shipping is FREE.
For domestic orders under $300.00, shipping and handling charges apply.
International shipping and handling is FREE for orders over $500. Under $500, shipping/ handling charges apply.
How Quickly Do We Ship?
If the item is in stock, it takes 4-6 days for your order to be processed and shipped. If the item is not in stock, you will be notified when the item will be ready to ship. Please note the shipping details given on the product page of the item you are ordering.
Return Policy
We accept returns for a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGES ONLY for Online orders OR IN-PERSON Orders within 3 days from delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNWORN and in the same condition that you received it.
– Final Sale: NO REFUNDS - on All CUSTOM, made-to-order - are NON-cancellable and NON-refundable after 24 hours of placing the order. If need to cancel for any major reason, STORE CREDIT can be provided ONLY.
- Ready-to-wear garments - Returns on UNWORN items only within 3 days of receipt. Must send an email to receive a return label within 3 days, and be shipped within the time frame. Full Refund only if defective from our end. Otherwise, Store Credit will be provided.
For orders placed in-person or via a POP-UP
- It is the client's responsibility to inquire about our Return/ Refund policy or check online on our website for the same.
We only offer REFUNDS on defective or damaged merchandise from our end. Pics and proof must be emailed to us immediately upon delivery if any defect is noticed. Please email our team at info@poshpari.com.
All SALE / Discounted purchases are final - no refunds or exchanges on Final Sale items.
To initiate return process, please drop an email to info@poshpari.com with your concern and reason for return. We will email you a return label and return authorization. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account or an exchange will be sent, within 10 -15 business days
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
